Our Story
By Any Means isn’t just a name. It's our standard.
Every workout, every video, every event is built around our mission: helping basketball players and coaches push past limits, master their craft, and gain the confidence to thrive on and off the court, by any means necessary.
Since 2016, we’ve challenged the cookie-cutter model of basketball training. No mindless drills. No one-size-fits-all routines. Instead, we create environments where creativity and grit collide, where players experiment, adapt, and discover their own unique path to greatness.
Founded by Coleman Ayers, By Any Means Basketball is more than a training company. It’s a global movement. Through innovative development, cultural exchange, and powerful storytelling, we connect hoopers across the world from Miami to Melbourne, from Paris to Seoul. Our reach spans gyms, outdoor courts, and social media platforms, impacting athletes everywhere the game is played.
We believe every player carries untapped potential on and off the floor, and our purpose is to unlock it, remove barriers, and inspire the next generation of hoopers worldwide.

Brantley Osborne - LEAD TRAINER
While breaking numerous records while at Shepherd University, Osborne led the nation in 3-point percentage as a freshman. He was named to the All-Conference list multiple times and was All-Region his senior year on top of being named a three-time team captain.
Following graduation, Brantley went on to play overseas, spending his last two seasons in Spain. Following his pro career, he returned home and took a coaching position at his alma mater (Shepherd University) for the 2017-18 season. Following his college coaching stint, he worked with multiple high schools in the area -- all while developing and training local players year round.
He is now the owner/lead trainer at DETAIL Shepherdstown & By Any Means Mountain State.
